go-seafood.com is a new international online market place for frozen fish and seafood products. Here, importers and producers can find each other quickly and easily. No auctions take place on our platform. Instead, the dealing process is executed in exactly the same way as in real life.
Process
The dealing process begins either with an offer (producer) or with a search request (importer). While the offer or search request is active, the relevant offers for the respective party are collected, summarized in a transparent way and made available for perusal.
Once the 'collection phase' is over, the direct dealing phase begins. Here, importers or producers are able to search for the best offer and place a counter offer or purchase immediately, reflecting real-life dealing practices.
Services
In addition, importers can take advantage of our comprehensive after-sales services. For a small fee, you will be sent an inspection report before the container is shipped. The production records and photos enable you to check whether or not your specifications have been adhered to before the product is loaded into the container.
Furthermore, once the purchase process has been completed, we ensure successful completion of the production and loading process by tracking the order from our office in Bangkok. We make sure the necessary stickers or packaging are used, thus avoiding mistakes in declaration of goods. This quality check gives you an all-round service package that sets your mind at ease.
